This policy describes what information ProcessLane collects when you use the merchant-application funnel, why we collect it, and how we share it.
What we collect
Information you enter into the funnel (work email, phone, business website, niche, market, processing history, monthly volume range, average order value) and traffic attribution (UTM parameters, referrer, click identifiers). We collect an IP address for rate-limiting and abuse prevention.
Why we collect it
To produce a routing recommendation for an acquiring partner, to verify your work email, and to prevent automated abuse of the funnel.
Who we share it with
Acquiring partners we route you to, and service providers strictly necessary to operate the funnel (email delivery, bot challenge, rate-limiting). We do not sell personal information.
Retention
Application records are retained for as long as necessary to operate the routing service and meet legal obligations. You can request deletion at the contact address below.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law (including GDPR for EEA residents), you may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by writing to us at the address below.
