Terms of Service
These terms govern the use of the ProcessLane merchant-application funnel and any related services. By submitting an application you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have authority to act for the business you describe.
What ProcessLane does
We route merchant applications to acquiring partners. We are not a payment processor and we do not approve or decline accounts. Acquiring decisions are made by the partner you are routed to.
Information you provide
You agree to provide truthful, complete information. We may decline to forward applications that appear fraudulent, incomplete, or that violate partner restrictions on prohibited business types.
No guaranteed outcome
Submitting an application does not guarantee an acquiring relationship. Our routing recommendations are based on the information you provide and are subject to partner review.
Liability
ProcessLane is provided on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the funnel.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the funnel after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
